Before founding Harmony @ Home, Sally owned and operated a successful family day care business, where she developed a deep understanding of individual needs, family dynamics, and inclusive care. Her career has since expanded to include roles as a Support Coordinator and Community Engagement Team Leader — experiences that shaped her holistic approach to participant wellbeing and staff development.
As Director, Sally leads with empathy, structure, and vision. She is passionate about creating opportunities for growth, connection, and independence, ensuring every participant and team member feels valued and supported.


With 9 years of experience in the disability sector, Donna brings a warm and enthusiastic approach to her role as Program Officer and Support Worker at Harmony @ Home. She loves the variety of her role, from planning special events to supporting participants to live their best lives.
