Your voice matters to us. We welcome feedback, questions, concerns and complaints as an important part of improving the quality and safety of our services. We encourage participants, families, carers and other people who engage with Harmony @ Home to speak up if something doesn’t feel right. You can raise a concern or provide feedback with a member of our team in person, by phone, in writing or through our online feedback process below. We will listen, treat your concerns respectfully and confidentially, and work with you to resolve issues wherever possible. You can also choose to make a complaint directly to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time.
