Ready, Set, Grow is our weekly day program focused on community connection and giving back. Participants enjoy meaningful activities that encourage teamwork, build confidence, and create opportunities to make a positive impact while connecting with others in a fun and supportive environment 

Hump Day Adventures is our weekly Wednesday outing, where participants explore the local community and surrounding areas. From sightseeing and local attractions to cafés and new experiences, each adventure encourages social connection, independence, and enjoying all our region has to offer in a fun and supportive environment. 

Held at the Sustainability Centre, Eco Art Explorers is a creative program where participants transform recycled and natural materials into unique works of art. Through fun, hands-on activities, participants explore their creativity, learn about sustainability, develop new skills, and discover creative ways to care for the environment.
